Shooting down helicopters in Rooftop Rumble (srs)

So I was playing with some new comers, and I noticed one thing that really rustled me hard, they kept calling in the Merry Weather Helicopter to reach Madrazo's house quicker, eventually after 3 to 4 games I honestly got sick of it and pulled out my RPG to blow them up, I did it and we lost but it was worth it. I turned on my mic and argued, it eventually got to the point where I said "muscle bellies and insertions, height, skin color, proportion and symmetry, balance, leanness, bone structure = no matter how much gear/training/dieting you do, 99.9% of the population will not achieve a body of my level. u mad? Then they just shut their mouths and kicked me out.

 

Anyways the reason I did that is because it's a clear abuse of R* system, the Merry Weather call in wasn't intended for that purpose so I reported them. Do you think they can get banned for it?
