Since Snapmatic is basically the GTA equivallent of Instagram, I was thinking R* could add the feature of recording 16 second video clips. Sorry if this has been mentioned before. Thoughts?

I love the idea.

Could make some really cool clips, and it lets people record without needing some type of hardware.

I just don't see them doing it though.
