Those massive wheels make it pretty useless if someone decides they want to spoil your fun.

It's not very heavy, but the turismo is fun for running at traffic because if it is hit at just the right angle it acts like a ramp and sends other cars flying.

I do this all the time. In fact, in the mission Bust Out I ram the bus head on at full speed and it always tips over and lets the inmates out. Then I make for the train tunnel to lose the cops. Makes doing that job super easy.
