Mightymomo22
Michael is ethier in a suit or a leather jacket & jeans. Franklin has bad taste in clothing. Trevor whatever he's wearing.
Hmmm nice bike
I always seem to get Franklin wearing a black Underground Riders sweater, khaki shorts, a backwards cap, and green shoes. He really does look like he has no sense of dress. Cutter De Blanc
Bonnano
Bonnano is too edgy, or just an idiot. Based on previous PM's, comments and such I truly believe it's the latter. How pathetic it is to name yourself after a crime family, anyway? Lolwat. How pathetic is to call yourself some spanish sh*t possibly nobody understands? LMAO! Anyways Yeah second most annoying thing in the game. The first being how cars explode when you crash from a high distance! Seriously that was devastating. If ibhad to chnage one thing in the game it would be that (yes even 100% armoir cars blow up) WHY ROCKSTAR TOO MUCH REALISM IS NOT GOOD FFS Bonnano

Cutter De Blanc
It makes sense that he can't buy the same thing in the same stores that Michael can buy them because he's not middle aged? I don't think that makes sense at all. Why can't Michael buy ties? Because Franklin is in his twenties?
restlessmind
About Franklin.. The funniest thing is you go to binco to buy some clothes, he baulks and complains at every choice, yet after buying the clothes, he seems to fall in love with them and wear them all the time.. Never mind putting on that $10k outfit you bought from ponsonby's, he'll just keep on changing back to his binco clothes that he didn't like in the first place! visionist

shattered-minds
I may be in the minority here, but I really don't mind them changing their clothes after I've left them for a while. It adds to the sense that they are not just sat around doing nothing until I take control, that they are off leading their own lives in the meantime. I don't mind what they do change into most of the time either. Michael tends to dress smart, Franklyn dresses like someone who is pretending to be "gangsta" and Trevor, well Trevor is Trevor. Even when they do appear in something I don't like I don't feel offended or look away in disgust, I just do whatever it is I was going to do and change their clothes the next time they're near their home or a clothes shop. Yesterday I started up single player, and Michael was having lunch with his wife. I'm sure you've seen it, in a pretty fancy place, outside in a nice little yard or something (don't know what it's called in English). Anyway, he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt, open at the front with nothing underneath, white pants and white dress shoes. Michael was exposing his hairy, untrained belly to all the rich people having lunch there. He looked like he walked straight out of a trailer park. archiebunker and Cutter De Blanc
Gdog
When michael or trevor change clothes it doesn't bother me but I hate when franklin changes. He's always wearing stupid looking clothes. I always make him wear a hat, hoodie and shorts.

Does anyone know if saving the game helps? I mean if you dress up all 3 characters the way you like it, then save the game right away and load it, will they still be wearing the same clothes? If so I'll just wait until I've done anything and then only change their clothes for my final save. Edited April 24, 2014 by CenMan
Hmmm nice bike
I started as Franklin and decided to redo the FIB raid. The game switched to a half-naked Michael at the planning board with Lester. "C'mon, Lester, it ain't big but it gets the job done..." Then Franklin wouldn't take off the fire helmet. Hmmm nice bike
The game was being quite glitchy that time, too. I wondered if it had something to do with that. I honestly laughed when I saw Michael like that with Lester when I finished picking the plan. He must have been at the beach or in his backyard when I started up the game as Franklin. autotheftgrand
I deliberately avoid the loud approach on the jewellery store and don't buy any suits for Franklin, just so I don't have to see him rocking snake shoes, suit pants and a check shirt.. Cl4ud35p33d
The clothes system in GTAV is extremely confusing and messy to me.
Kevert
Forget realism. This feature completely ruined the clothing customisation for this game. What's the point in spending time picking outfits for your characters if they're just going to throw something else on within a couple of hours while you're playing a different character? Extremely frustrating. The first dozen or so times it happened, I went back to get changed but now it just seems like a complete waste of time. I no longer change characters' clothes in SP now. Way to go R*, just one more feature you needlessly messed up with this game.
Skeng
I like the fact they change clothes because it adds to the realism that each character stays active living their life when your not playing as them, Also it gives me a new task on free roam (which can get boring without inventing imaginary tasks) everytime i load up a character it's like 'so first things first, lets head to the nearest shop or safehouse to quickly whip on my gangsta clothes again' and then il see what i feel like doing next
