Ingame Lottery

Just an idea that popped into my head. What if you could go to any ingame convenience store and Purchase a lottery ticket, once bought a randomly generated set of numbers would be selected on it so it works more like a raffle ticket to guarantee that someone will win. Every 2 weeks or so Rockstar picks 3 tickets from random, the first ticket they select earns the winning player 1 million + a rockstar exclusive item, second earns 500k and third 250.

 

What do you guys think, would it work? I know it wouldn't stop the mass grinding currently going on in the game but I think it would give everyone something small to look forward to every 2 weeks.

Exclusive item meaning a special shirt or a variant of a car such as a paintjob, right?
I think it's brilliant! I'm sure hackers will find a way to make their numbers match (even if they can just give themselves money) but other than that I'm sure it would be very popular.

It is something that could possibly be abused so lets just let this idea not happen so we all do have to get our banks reset again.

 

Would be fun to buy a dollar scratch off with chances of winning $1, $2, $5, $100, $500, $1000, $5000, and $10000. Other than that it would be abused.

go play china ton wars on DS and you can have scratch cards maybe they should add scratch cards where you can win food or cash.
