time outs?

anyone else having problems going online?

i've been trying for abot 10 minutes now and every different way i try to go online it tells me it has timed out locating a session, even trying solo and invite only it says that

Leave the party you're in
turn off console and turn back on
Disconnect router, ethernet, wireless adapter and plug back in

thanks, but i'm not in a party

i have turned the console/game off and on again (even though i just barely turned the console on for the first time today about 40 minutes ago)

and i'll try the router thing in a few minutes after trying a couple more things

I get random time outs while loading up in lobby with my friends.
