• The area has to be recognizable (I.e. does not just consist of rocks and trees)

thats at the north of "westside" on the way to the highway? at the same location as one of the stuntjumps.

I'm pretty sure that's by the gas station just north of vinewood hills going towards zancudo, but I could be wrong.
