We still can do this in SP even these days and in the future. Why can we still do this in SP? Because R* don't care. Well, there aren't a lot of interiors (which were promised by the way) because of the limitations of the engine or console. But true, animals shouldn't take up much space really I think. There is way more things in online, that use system memory, than in SP, maybe that's why they left animals out. Or IDK. Just that abuse crap is pretty silly by itself. If it was this thing, they would change the SP also. People, who come with the abuse thing, wouldn't get clear with just the online part, as that reason described there is mainly in SP (or I should say, it's ONLY in SP).
