Saints Row 2 will always be my favorite, but SR4's gameplay is so fun that I have to say it's my second favorite. There is also of course the great character customization that makes me keep coming back. The DLC where you save Santa Claus and Christmas was actually pretty funny and awesome, lol but the Enter the Dominatrix DLC was not as good. SR2 would agree with Me and the others here on what we are saying...and yeah GTA is the Unchallenged Ruler of the Genre and it Dominates SR in every ways and the prove is with the crapfest that is SR3/4. Side Note:Did you watch the WatchMojo's Vs Video i posted on the Previous Page? you should and you will also See how V trashes SR4 (even though they tried to be a bit fair,lol). Fortunately, I love the series itself regardless of the change. It was changed due to whiners out there. Even if they returned to the roots, the same whiners will still complain. They should be better off playing something else than whining. Not really ranting nor meant any offense. Just merely witnessed all the complaints as far back as Saints Row 1 all the way to 4 and all I see from haters are them contradicting their complaints. Off topic, I do like to see an overhaul version of Saint's Row 2. The plot and everything will be the same but with graphical and gameplay improvements to take advantage on the PS4 and X1 systems. BLOOD Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 (edited) I am not trying to be mean but Saints Row as an entity never had a Pinnacle (Breakthrough) Game and it was never unique or diverse to start with unlike GTA,Tekken,Street Fighter,NFS,CoD etc,the first two games were a Clone of San Andreas,the third game was just an abomination and the fourth just destroyed the franchise,Since 8 years of it existance it never learned or evolved in anything i.e.Graphics are sh*t,No Cover System etc instead it ripped-off many franchises after the first two,SR3 was a Tron rip-off in gameplay and the storyline was just a mess like wtf happen to Dex at the end of SR2? then the using of only two cities in 4 games not even a re-imagination or anything meanwhile GTA which started almost 9 years before SR1 saw ALOT Changes Evolution/Refining) and Revolution infact the HD Era Games circa.2008-Present makes Saints Row look Retarded i.e. look at IV then V not just graphics but in everything else (plus both games still stick to GTA's Crime roots) and that 5 years gaps between both game and between those 5 years Saints Row already had 3 games out...tbh i think the franchise should be put on an eternal hold until it figures out what it wants to be or it should be sold. Saints row 3 and 4 are both Crap Saints Row 1 & 2 are both good Saints row 1 was the best In Terms Of Storyline its a Gem IMO and 2 was the best in terms of fun but Balanced mayhem flying around in a plane listening to TAKE ON ME !! or its the Final Countdown !!
