Phone Number Easter Egg

While driving around, I found a for rent sign on a wall and it said to call (323) 555 0139. The sign is near Gerald's house. When you call it on your character's phone, its plays looping elevator music.

But anyway there's a lot more easter egg numbers, i remember i saw a video showing all of them but i don't remember how it was named, some of them were prank calls, other just annoying/funny/calm sounds, other angry people saying "Stop calling me!".

Dial any of the GTA IV cheats and you should get some sort of response, be it the iconic dial-up handshaking sound, music, etc. Also, a lot of the numbers that you see around LS can be dialed.

I tried one of the GTA IV cheats and it had the same audio as the one I mentioned earlier.(555011#)

There's also a sign near Cape Catfish, found it a few weeks ago and tried calling the number. It also played elevator music. High life update properties?
