Scorcher and MMI message spam.

So basically that's it. I recently had a Scorcher and one individual decided it would be fun to blow me up while i was minding my own business. Normal thing to happen. But as soon as it got blown up I got the "your personal vehicle has been destroyed" and all that stuff. The thing is. Of course it won't show up on MMI or they won't answer the phone and worse, there's no way for me to replace it in the bike rack. Every time I enter a session I get the message to call MMI for a replacement, but they never answer the phone. Any idea or suggestion? :/
