Crashes related to location?

Just wondering, since some people say they don't get crashes and others (like me) get them, and disconnects all the time - to the point a long session in-game is impossible. Could it be related to your geographic location - how are servers allocated? Do different areas have better servers covering them than others?

 

Since all the crashing began I've noticed more lag in-game other player vehicles jumping location often and lampposts, roads etc later to load. Since whole parties crash at once it can't be the console. But could it be the quality or location of server you're on?? I know my internet connection is very stable.

delete ur isos, switch the lag switch to OFF, remove ur JTAG, disconnect the RGH and u should be good.

I have a feeling that it has to do with the game loading areas. While not all, It feels like most my crashes and freezes happen on planes or driving fast.
