Main Lobby voice chat

I always seem to spawn into a freeroam lobby that is predominantly filled with non English speaking players,(Currently German, last lobby was French). I only ever get to be in a lobby with English speakers if I join a friend. Is there something I can do in settings or on my ps3 to spawn in an English speaking lobby?

Hmmm that's frustrating. Where are you from ? Have you had this issue with other games ?

Voice chat in GTA Online is HORRIBLE!!!! I always have to use Skype with my friend while playing because it's just that bad. I can't even listen to him speak without his voice lagging/cutting out every 5 seconds.

UK, not really used many multiplayer lobbies on other games to test if its different (I don't buy many games lol)

Not really fussed with the lagging, just would like to meet new people in freeroam too, but its a pain when you can't understand their language lol. I really haven't met one person on GTAOnline that was from the UK.

Hmmm I'm from Aus and I usually get put in with Aussies, Uk and Americans. Sometimes non English speakers. Have you tried searching for a crew on the social club website? You might be able to find a crew there, see where they're from etc. Just a thought

I'm already part of a small crew, both from Canada, met them in GTA4. Might have to look for a British crew perhaps.

You should pop into "Find a group & Meetups" section on this forum. Should be able to find a crew there.
