Um, I would do what any normal person would do and submit a ticket to R* support

 

Then wait.......

Then in maybe a couple months get an automated response about some other unrelated issue and that they're looking into that other issue, so I'd reply and then wait.......

.......and wait........

 

And by this time I'll probably be dead so my crappy GTA garage will be passed down to my son and I dunno what he'd do, you'd have to ask him
