I am only taking the LS from GTAV, and the LC from GTA IV, not past games because GTA IV and V are in the HD Era. In V, however, LS was less than half of the map, so more effort went into the countryside, as it is simply bigger than LS. For me, LC. It has that whole GTA feel. You actually feel like your in a city of other criminals and you must watch your back. In LS, it feels like one big tourist site. There's no crime going on, and if there is it doesn't feel like it.
