Sounds to me their goal of being well-known will only apply as Prison Bitch status.

 

OP, I wouldn't want to join a crew that doesn't know the meaning of irony (or at least Google it). Posting in the wrong section isn't a biggie, we get that a lot here actually. There's more people saying "wrong thread" in these than actual recruits. I don't want to tell you how to manage your own crew but I suggest being more...assertive. No one wants to follow a blind dog.
