I think modding models etc is hilarious and should be allowed, it's why I'm looking forward to the PC version (assuming it comes)

I don't report anyone for anything in any game it's just pointless, the only thing I'd report anyone for is causing me or my property some kind of physical harm which isn't really possible over an internet connection.

So long as you're not ruining anyone's game, it would be fine by me. I actually liked the mods in GTA4 when some people would spawn the really cool cars, but most of the modders in there were just douchebags.
