REXX
Nitrous, well I have never seen it in action and to be honest I don't either. For starters I think its very unfair if a new online player for example has a race with a Blista and there is another Blista with nitrous, theorically, if both character were to race without crashing, obviously the Blista with Nitrous. Hackers who had/have nitrous can sincerely, go a f*ck themselves.

Hackers who had/have nitrous can sincerely, go a f*ck themselves. For that reason obviously has R* taken the nitrous away. Yeah, it would be kinda unfair to race against someone with NOS on their car. It is still the same way with custom cars allowed, but you know, that's another story though. Death Magnetic
They'd have to have different speedometers for the different cars, like my Phoenix having the plain Jane 'ometer, and my elegy having a digital one like IRL. If you could see yourself shifting, that would be awesome too. Every car in GTA Online has automatic gearbox. You shift with those little paddles on the steering wheel. That doesn't sound right, I've seen a shifter in on the console are in some of the cars.
DMadS
The principle problem with speedometer is that R* haven't synced the engine sounds to actual acceleration. You can always notice that acceleration sound and increasing ingame speed is out of sync, especially in gear 4-5-6. Speedometer would be an absolute stunner but because R* capped top speed and the previously mentioned issue that was present in gta IV and all previous versions too, it would be shameful to drive these superslow supercars. And the very core of all is that R* did shortcut the development on the most important subject in this game, driving mechanism. If they develop manual shift, speedometer wouldn't be a problem and the whole game would be a massive winner in terms of driving experience. Oh and not even mentioning the total absent of image stabilisation in first person view... give me a f*ckin break. I remember I had speedometer in gta IV and it was a clusterf*ck to see surreal acceleration sounds without increasing speed... Post note - they could still develop manual... lets say for next gen...
