oh yeah , how about this :

if u prefer undercover stealth , why not use vehicle commonly found at traffic ( best to choose oracle ) & use lester's invisibility

be sure u must not use most popular clothes & mask ( as expert player will notice u ) . try drive like other drivers if u wanted to be spy

I've managed to go off radar and sneak up on people using it before but a lot of the time they can still tell it's not an NPC by how you drive.

I use a plain Sultan with a plain gray color. I can just park it to the side of the road and not worry about it getting destroyed.

Vapid Stanier is an excellent car, I have it as both marked and unmarked cruisers! Excellent handling and good speed since it's the Police Cruiser from GTA IV. Also: To any of you civilians who are going to use the Vapid Stanier as a stealth car, make sure the guy you're sneaking up on isn't in a Police Clan/Crew. You're going to have a bad time! We will notice the changes you made to it that are different from one that spawns directly onto the street!

-Pick a electric common car (as you noticed, electric cars don't make noise)

-Drive to the enemy the most normal as you can

-If you are good enough, you'll realize that you don't need to call Lester

-Kill the bast*rd with some silenced weapon

-Forget the stupid electric car and bring hell upon the unlucky player

-Improve your K/D ratio

Forget the car. What about paint? Put a pearlescent blue paint over a desert tan matte paint job. It blends with most walls and roads .

Matte black granger. Get 4 people hanging on the side w machine guns. No one expects that to roll on by and ruin their day.

 

Or brabus dubsta, check sig, all the chrome strips and badges are blacked out.
