Max lung capacity

I literally maxed out flying stats faster than the rest by replaying air race missions.. literally.

 

As for Lung capacity there's no trick aside from just staying in until you're almost running out of air and then go back down, took me about 50 minutes starting from around 30%.

 

Yep. Did a air race playlist of 12 races by myself and almost maxed out flying skill after a couple of go-arounds. Not as hard as strength and lung capacity.

Deep pools are better you can dive in, and resurface immediately
