DeClasse Sabre Turbo

My apologies if this is in the wrong section. So, I've been having a bit of trouble finding the DeClasse Sabre Turbo. The way I've been finding it is replaying the Strangers and Freaks Mission "Minute Man Blues" and having the car spawn there. However when I get the Sabre and complete (or fail) the mission, I never will be able to keep the Sabre. Does anybody else know any ways to get the Sabre? I'm at about 80% completion through the came.

These are pretty hard to spawn and I don't think there is a specific spawn point, but if you can find another muscle car, just drive around the city until you spot one, since driving around in another muscle car will definitely increase the chance of finding the Sabre Turbo.

Just get any muscle car and drive by Simeon's dealership and you will eventually see one if not drive around there a bit and come back

The following worked for me (bearing in mind that I have completed story mode and didn't get it from the Minute man mission first time round.)

 

During open play locate Mount Zonah hospital and stand outside by the road. Replay the Minutue man mission and enter the Sabre parked close by. Then drive to Beeker's garage and carry out any mod and complete the mission. Once respawning in open play a Sabre should be available outside the hospital. It's also possible that the car modded at Beeker's will spawn at the Police station lock up.

I have managed to collect various hard to find cars replaying missions long after completing story mode.
