Just get a membership at vespucci beach gym its only $100 a month and you never know what celebs you'll bump into. It worked wonders for my stamina as well.

I was planning a Saturday filled with "the knockout game" I'm GTAO as I need to increase that strength too.

It doesn't take to long. I just ran up and down Del Perro beach, knocking people out. Most of the time they drop cash which of a bonus, then when I got 2 stars I would run into the ocean to loose the cops and work on my lung capacity stat at the same time.

Took a couple hours but I maxed both and made a couple thousand $ in the process.

Sugar Free Nos

Have a friend go into the closet in the back of a Binco, access his wardrobe, the just punch him over and over since he's invincible.

Or did they patch that? I'm not sure.

do you have to run around punching everyone?

That's how I've been doing it lol. Still not 100% though.

This still works. I was just doing it with a friend. Like Sugar Free Nos said, have a friend go to the back of a Binco and access the closet. Then fire a suppressed weapon into the store while walking into the store without shooting the clerk. Then walk to your friend and just start punching them. Takes ~20 minutes from 1 1/2 bars of strength in my experience.

I ran up and down del perro pier over and over again punching everyone at least once and then running to the next, the cops seem to be a little skittish about going to the very end of the pier until you get 3 stars and the heli shows up to ruin the fun. after i die i repeat the process!

ALSO since you can call lester to make cops ignore you, you might as well remove the police threat from this method.

I just maxed my strength out last week playing golf... about 3% every 9 holes played. I started at about 40%.

Running around punching people helps (my tactic was to place my bike facing the burton lsc for easy access, then punching anyone that happened by. Once I got wanted stars, jump on bike and into customs shop to get rid of stars. Rinse and repeat. Bonus to this is you can pick up cash and snacks and get a few rp points too. I did this in a private lobby so nobody bothered me).

If I felt less violent a few rounds of golf does wonders too.

Have a friend get in a truck and hit the driver's side door every time. it will take like 10-20 minutes.

play golf, hole 6

Qouted for truth.

Start golf, select play hole 6 only. repeat, repeat repeat. It takes about an hour as I recall to max your strength.

does stamping on a trucks roof as NPC drives around not work anymore?

Does not work anymore.

I did the run up and down the pier hitting people then jump in a chopper and lose the two stars, repeat. Another user pointed something out, start a mission with no police wanted levels, a good one is A High Priority Case, and run around punching people during that. No wanted levels. Much faster.

You have to knockout at least 600 people I think. My stat is a little off since it's been a while.

If you have friends or crew mates, just play all 9 holes of golf. It's pretty fun too if you have mics, and by the time your done you'll be at full strength or close to it.

Did they improve this? Because I played two rounds of all 9 holes of golf back in October and I barely increased it 20% or so.

If that.

Miss Malevolent

Fastest way is to punch Post Op workers down near Simeon's warehouse. They fight back so you can get a few hits in and lose the cops on the roof when you get a wanted level.

I never tested it but I believe because the strength increase registers the same amount regardless of how many holes you play, so you get the same amount for playing one hole as you do for nine.

Hole 6 is the easiest hole on the course, its a level green par 3 and you can birdie it real easy. Making it the quickest way to complete a "round" of golf and get the strength skill bonus.

hes talking out of his ass. 9 holes of golf will barely give you an 8th of a bar. replaying whole 6 over and over again is the real way to level up strength

When I started the game I had barely 20% strength (1 box). Now it's at 80% (4 boxes).
