R*should implement a default winner if no one delivers the package

I made a capture yesterday that is based on the movie smokey and the bandit where there are 2 teams fighting over 1 object that must be delivered. this got me thinking. Why can't R* implement a system where there is 1 item that needs delivered to a specific location by team 1 and if they deliver it, they win. But if that item isn't delivered to that location by the time the time limit is reached, team 2 wins by default? It would be the perfect scenario for a VIP style mission where one of the teams starts right next to the item and has to deliver it a long way across the map to another location. The second team spawns a few blocks away from the first so when the mission starts, team 1 gets the item right away, and team 2 has to chase them and prevent them from delivering it. If team 1 doesn't deliver the item in time, team 2 wins because they prevented the VIP or whatever the item is from getting to where it needs to be. As it is now, team 2 must deliver the item to a specific location in order to win. I'd also like to see something like a heavily armored semi truck being able to be used as the item and if the item is destroyed, team 2 wins.
