Tinsel Towers Pool

I bought one of the Tinsel Towers apartments on my second character because it's not Eclipse (my other character) and it has a pool.

My question is how do I access the pool? Obviously there's no door, and I can't figure a way on outside of parachuting.

I'm in integrity way. Great spot. You get far more people driving north past your house to get to the lsc than anyone living there loitering around.

I got bored of Weazel and wanted to try a different 10 garage apt, so I moved to Tinsel a few weeks ago. I like the location and it has a more snug feel to it. Integrity would have been my second choice probably.
