I have only seen those on the street, never parked, around Richman, if that helps. But if you want to waste 40 minutes searching, realize you could grind any number of missions in the same time for $80k. I know it's more satisfying to find it, steal it, and not pay, but that never seems to work. You can try the SP-MP glitch, too, that's on Youtube with a 1.12 variation pretty close to the previous method. Again, not as satisfying as finding it, but if you're desperate... BLACK DYNAM1TE Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 They spawn more when Simeon request them, alot of the cars that become "hard to find" are usually unlocked when he needs one.
