I live in Eclipse Towers and I've never come across any trolls camped outside =\

3 alta st. Is IMO the best apt. It's close to the following locations:

-equally close to all 3 lsc in LS

-(very) close to Ammu-Nation (with gunrange)

-litterly less than a min walking to MMI

-close to helipads and docks wich also happen to be Pegasus spawn points.

 

Getting into the garage is also easier when chased by cops since it usually breaks line of sight as well.

 

This definitely. I used to be Tinsel Towers, but got bored, switched to Alta. Best overall location, because it has the most important places next to it. One of my favorite things about Alta is that I usually go to the LSC that is near the airport (same distance to any LSC from Alta), but there are no people there 90% of the time. Got my car destroyed? Spawn it back and just literally walk to MMI. Impound is really close as well, as is Ammunation, a few food stores.. Oh and I just love how close the pegasus heli spawn point is, super convenient when I see a bounty in the middle of a desert and I don't have to go halfway across town to get a chopper.. Has a really nice view of the beach / ocean too

 

Although I'm very curious to see what the new apartments will be with the new update, though location wise (being close to the most needed stuff), I doubt any new stuff is going to beat Alta..

Well I live on Integrity Way and I've had no problems whatsoever since moving there from Eclipse Towers back in January. However, if you're thinking about moving now I'd suggest you just wait for the next update. You'll be saving money that way. Word of advice. When the next update comes out buy the cheapest 10 car garage apartment. I guarantee you it won't be a war zone when you leave your garage.

Gun shop nearby.

 

From the apartment window you can see down to the garage entrance.

 

I live there

 

The streets around it are big and open, So easy to lose anyone tailing you before you attempt to go in your garage.

 

Highways and main roads to everything you need nearby.

 

Close to marina, Airport, etc

Got to be 3 Alta Street. Nice and quiet and you've got everything you need close by. I used to live at Eclipse Towers but it was like WW3 nearly every time I came out of my garage.

I have moved out a few times, but always come back to good old Alta St.

 

It is near Mor Mutal, close to an Ammunation (with shooting-range), not too far from the impound lot - and close enough to 2 L.S. Customs.

 

I have bought apartments at Weazle Plaza, but didn't like the drive-way so more across the road to Richards Majestic, which was good for a while, and more recently Del Peirro Heights - which is too far away from the impound lot compared to Alta St. - so I moved back.

 

Never bought a place at the Eclipse Towers, heard too much bad and not enough good to spend twice the money on an apartment there!

 

As mentioned above, there are videos on YouTube showing the apartments, if you want to see where they are on the map.

 

Just go on the Dynasty8 website in game and it shows where they are, how much they cost - and gives your sat-nav the location to go and check them out before you buy one.

I agree, I have the same property and i love it.

 

You hit on all the close amenitites that I was gonna say.

 

The view is alright, no mountains or ocean, but you can see all the mayhem going on outside on the street below.

 

The 10 car garage sold me on it really.

 

Hoping for a mansion or actual house soon, something away from the inner city. But that seems far away in the updates.

The forecourt & driveway for Weazel ftw, can't remember the last time I actually went into the apartment though as I've put my spawn point too garage.

 

I do like the idea of purchasing Majestic when the DLC drops or even a different apartment within Weazel so 20 car garage in the same building, how good would that be if you went to the lift door and had to either select which apartment or which garage but will never happen, on the other hand the 10 car garage at the airport is tempting not to mention cheaper.

i live at del perro heights and there's never people near when i come out of my apt, unless they're going into their garage
