What's the best Property to buy?

They all suck for the most part as its troll territory in los santos now if they would space them out more throughout the entire map i think the ones in the city wouldn't be nearly as bad.

I've been living in RM #51 since November and I can count on one hand how many battles I have walked into by just leaving my apartment.

On the other hand when my 2nd character bought his 400K dump...I couldn't leave without having to fight. So I sold it and bought my 2nd character top floor in Weazel Plaza instead but I still like RM 51 more.

Take a left out of my garage and I'm 15 seconds from LSC and clothing store.

Another 30 seconds and I'm near the tattoo shop by the Chinese theatre.

 

Take a right out of my garage (use the studios shortcut or not) and you are still 20 seconds from the nearest store to rob or buy snacks and the Ammu-nation.

 

I love RM 51 and once you know all the routes and short cuts on foot or car....you will love it too!

Nobody ever goes to Del Perro. Sure it has a bad view, but it's on of the cooler spots in LS, close to the beach and has a cheap 10 car garage.

I'd Wait to till the high life update now.. you'll won't have to wait long, looking at 2 week tops.

 

if you don't wanna wait, Like a few people have already said, don't buy the 400k one (eclipse), and also don't buy tinsel or the cheapest one (the one near the beach) as they also just as bad.

 

there's only two good ones now, from my experience.. had very few problems at either.. Alt St and Weazel Plaza, good garage entrances, good views and close to LSC and other places.

Eclipse is by far the best in my opinion

 

I never leave my house to a war zone or tanks so I don't get why people keep saying that

 

It's close to a barber, ponsby, lsc, decently close to a ammunation. Only problem is flying aircraft a spawn kind of far

If it has a 10 car garage, a planning room and it doesn't have World War III going off directly outside then it's good... In other words avoid Eclipse and Alta... Eclipse is basically no man's land.

this really is the best apartment. the location is perfect, has a quick route to LSC, downtown, the east side, the west side beach and also easy access to the freeway to Trevors hangar. The only down side is the nearest helipad seems like a meandering road through the city.

If you want the 80k apartment, you don't race

If you want a 6 car apartment, you are missing out

I've lived in each high-end apartment twice over, and i would have to name Integrity Way and Tinsel Towers as my favorite two.

 

The 391k Eclipse one isn't bad, and Richard Majestics is growing on me. But if I'm recommending one above all other, for all things considered, it's probably Integrity Way... The one that says something about a beautiful view of the Vinewood Sign on the website description of it. Best of the best.

Apt 35: $247k... That is the one above all others. Best bang for your buck. Trust me. It was my first 10 car apt, been everywhere since and I still call this one "Home".

Personally, I like the city view from Weazel 101, but I'll probably ditch it altogether and get two of the new ones if they live up to the hype. Majestic 51 has a fantastic view as well, but I personally prefer a view of the skyscrapers in the city center...plus, seeing Tinsel and Eclipse lit up at night just adds to the view.

 

Never had Del Perro, Integrity, or Alta, so I can't say anything about them. I can say, though, that Eclipse is just overpriced and overrated. I mean, it's a fairly easy in-and-out when clear, but you've got the chance of exiting into a war zone and the views are subpar in my opinion. Tinsel isn't bad, and it's easily accessible as well, but I just find it boring for some reason.

 

Having said all that, I can recommend Weazel or Majestic, depending on your preference of view, as well as Tinsel Towers, but I wholly agree with everyone else who's said to just wait and see what the new ones are like before you devote that much cash to something you may hate.

I'm so happy with my place. Its the second least expensive and most people that own it are real chill. Its close to a LSC and within walking distance to all the other stores. I rarely hear gunfire unless someone inside has a bounty.

3 alta st. Is IMO the best apt. It's close to the following locations:

-equally close to all 3 lsc in LS

-(very) close to Ammu-Nation (with gunrange)

-litterly less than a min walking to MMI

-close to helipads and docks wich also happen to be Pegasus spawn points.

 

Getting into the garage is also easier when chased by cops since it usually breaks line of sight as well.

Apartments are pretty useless until further notice, I would take the advice of snagging a 10 car garage.

Either way, you are best off waiting until the update.
