Capture Creator Actors?

So what's the point of adding these NPCs to your Capture game? I haven't played it yet, and every post seems to be from before the release of the actual update

Using Actors so they can attack both teams, adds the extra fun. Mostly makes the mission more interesting and challenging (depending what you do with the actors).

 

I've put 10 actors with 5 using Miniguns and 5 using RPG's near the same area to make it slightly more challenging.

you can change there options to be friendly to 1 team and hostile to another therefore use them as NPC bodyguards for the capture points

i spent hours testing out the cc with a.i done lotta cool stuff like this morning i turned little seoul into a warzone with chinese gangsters and cops fighting each other

Well it's more fun with normal players, like normal players guarding the things instead of the AI

So what's the point of adding these NPCs to your Capture game? I haven't played it yet, and every post seems to be from before the release of the actual update

 

You can only put 10 actors and you can use them in different ways. You can set them to HOSTILE (attack anyone), FRIENDLY (will attack said team's enemies), or NEUTRAL (not sure).

 

My capture is set on top of the high bridge with the bag in the very middle. I have two military AI for each team guarding the bag who will respawn unlimited amount of times. These ones are set to 'medium' aim and will chase players on your enemies team. I then set three military AI in the back of the tunnels guarding each teams actual capture location and to prevent spawn camping (these are set to high accuracy with heavy sniper and advanced rifles, unlimited respawn...don't f*ck around with them).

Ahh....but this way, if you split the actors up and team them up...you can have a 13 v 13 map (8 players & 5 actors per team).

I made a Hold last night in Vespucci. The theme is a failed armored truck heist by the Lost(the actors). While other LS street gangs(the player teams) move in to score on the Lost' f*ck up, the Lost are there at the scene trying to fend off the other gangs.

 

The actors are a great addition IMO. Can't wait for the mission creator.

The point of them is to weaken your opponents. it depends on how you set them up (in vehicles or on watch etc)

Most players dont play like that, its a run n gun thing for them

With actors you can make a group of transvestites or gay NPCs attack both teams with miniguns during the match. Trust me, I tried it and I couldn't help it and laughed seeing trannies with rifles attacking you :p . If you could add alien or monkey NPCs it'd be the best map creator ever

Hah.

 

And there's R* giving advice that an Actor with a Heavy Sniper and High accuracy could wreak havoc.
