According to Rockstar, you will be put at the legitimate rank, so if you cheated at level 1 and got to level 300, but over time you earned a few levels legit, you will be at level 1 + all the legitimate levels, so, for example, level 338,

People will probably end up 0, thats how they handled the money. Rockstar look at it as if you took the time to cheat your rank that you really dont care what your rank is end day. But now time has past and alot of 400-500 are legit and also catching up to the illegals. And now Im afraid that you will not be able to go off logged hours.

 

Since Octotber 1 my 1st (NON-DELETED) chacarcter is going on 310, but i would be 420-440 but stopped doing jobs when I had hacked money the month of December, and when they launched i lost 2 level 30s before the cloud settled.

 

Now the point im trying to make is that some ppl had hacked up to 500+ months prior, changed gaming habits and now can walk with the legits worry free. So I only think 700-1000 will be targeted next maintance

I think they have started resetting players, i been getting into lobbies of player level's below 100 all week.
