GTA Online Parachute Creator really can (and should) be released. Here

Introduction

I'm not entirely sure if you guys are aware (although you more than likely know about it), but around 3 months ago players were able to glitch into the content creator and get into the parachute creator. I was involved in creating a few parachute jobs (for wingsuiting) and realized how complete the creator is, and I'm no where near the only one who has compiled some of the best, well-made jobs I have ever played in GTA V. This playlist includes all of the jobs that are the best-made by the wingsuit flying community, and I hope you'll enjoy them. These jobs aren't abusive and don't negatively impact the community, which is one of the main reason nearly all of them have more than 30 plays and only 2 or 3 dislikes. I urge you guys to try this playlist for yourself. It has 14 community created jobs which I consider to be the best parachute jobs in the game right now.

Click here to view the 15 job playlist that includes the following jobs:

1. East Bound and Down - Wingsuit down Mt. Chilliad's Eastern arm in a line created by heth6 (serimos6 on Social club)

2. Gran Salto TeleFerico - Fly past Mt. Chilliad's cable-car line as you hit checkpoints placed just above the metal structures holding the lines up. Created by: Gutari-X

3. Hardcore - Take a dive towards Cassidy Creek as you soar right past a hillside and go under a bridge, right in-between the concrete beams that hold the bridge up and quickly release your parachute to glide a mere 10 feet lower onto the checkpoint on the shore of the creek. Created by: El_Trini

4. Cliffs 2 - Fly past Chilliad's Northern cliff side and fly literally around 2-3 feet by evergreens to hit the middle of each checkpoint. Created by: El_Trini

5. Crack of Dawn - It's a wingsuit proximity flying line, don't open your parachute! Jump from a helicoprter at the top of Mount Chilliad and fly down the beautiful notrh face with its rock peaks and cracks. Created by: DirkDigglerRules

6. Altruist Wingsuit - A challenging wing suit line... Don't open your parachute too early, it's cheating! Jump from a chopper for a proximity flyin line passing between the mountain and the antenna at the altruist camp then under the bridge! Here, IF you're still alive, you can open your parachute to gently land in Raton Canyon. Created By: DirkDigglerRules

7.Feather in The Wind - BASE jump off of the shed and wingsuit glide down Mt. Chilliad's Southern arm until curving right to fly past evergreens while hovering only a few feet above the ground. Pro skill level is suggested. Created By: serimos6

8. Flight of the Flynns - BASE wingsuit jump down Chilliad's eastern cliff face and glide past both greenery and stone cold cliff formations. Intermediate - Pro skill level is suggested, but not required. Created By: serimos6

9. Expert - BASE Jump off of Chilliad's northern cliff, and curve slightly to the left to coast down the rest of the mountain. In order to survive the initial jump you'll need to get it just right the first few seconds, so it's suggested you sort of know what you're doing to live. Created by: El_Trini

10. Right Hand to God - Fly alongside Mt Chilliad at break-neck speed. Rush past the mountain side to the right, just try not to turn into Two-Face. Avoid pulling your chute. Created By: Hippy_Josh

11. It's Those Dam Wingsuits - You'll need to get it right the first few seconds in order to coast to the first and second checkpoints, that take you and your friends over the Dam and pretty close to the hill-side next to it, before landing in the creek below. Created By: Hippy_Josh

12. Between the Lines - Wingsuit glide in the crease of Mt. Josiah before pulling your chute at the end. Don't forget to pull it before the bridge, or else you won't make it over to the landing zone. Created By: El_Trini

13. IAA Building - This helicopter jump will take you right past the sharp edges of some of Los Santos's most prominent sky-scrapers, and then plummeting downward before pulling your chute and landing in the middle of the street, be sure to look both ways before landing! Created by: El_Trini

14. Mind the Gap - Insane parachute jump from 4,000 fts. Once you've jumped off the helicopter aim down and enjoy this epic freefall. Open your parachute after going through the crane, finish line is on the freighter's stern. Created by: Big_Jacob

15. Nobody canna cross it - Fast freefall from 7,800 fts. that goes through a little gap between the columns and the suspension cables of Elysian Island Brigde. Do NOT open the parachute until you go cross the brigde; if you survive the flight, of course. Created by: Big_Jacob

*Note, this playlist is subject to change and jobs (may be) added in the future*

They have to fix the regular parachute races first, there has been an ongoing issue where whoever wins the race, it registers as a loss and not a win. I have over 1100 parachute races, I haven't raced in over a month because of it. I would make some sick jumps, ones like Timber and Jump Wings, where if you are good you can freefall through 80% of the checkpoints before deploying your chute.

Friendly Lava Lamp

This is a really good thread. I really enjoyed that video and I'm glad you attached it. Would love to see some custom parachute missions that required skill and you to reply the mission to learn how to do it correctly.

Hopefully we'll get the Parachute Creator soon enough. It really should've been released alongside the Capture Creator update, though.

Do you know if there's a playlist like this for 360?

How the hell do you have 1100 Parachute races. Thats more then what I have racing.

Really wanted you to tell me you could reskin the parachutes or something. Slightly disappointed.

I actually do like the parachuting/free falling in this game and being able to make parachuting jobs would be really cool.

I personally hate parachute races as they are implemented in Online, so I just avoid them and do my own base jumping and sky diving. I haven't seen the parachute creator though, so I dunno if it is flexible enough to do stuff like in SP for V and TBOGT

I don't always do parachute jobs...

But when I do, I'll try this playlist.

It's actually very easy, 10 races a day = 300 a month, and how long has this game been out ? The fact that most of the races even the big jumps, if you're good your time should be in the 1-3 minute range. So it's very easy to do 10 a day if your using the quick job option and not hosting. I know a guy who has close to 2000 parachute races, and over 1800 regular races. So it's very possible if you play the game, and don't spend time lolly gagging in free roam. I started dong DM's pretty late only about 6 weeks ago, and I have close to 400 matches already. Play the game you'd be surprised how it all adds up quicker than you think it would.

love parachuting, I'd welcome a creator.

I've about 500 jumps in the bag and have done all the jump multiple times, a creator would shake it up a bit. Xbox btw ;-P

they should really use the "wingsuit" gliding more though

parachute jumps are pretty awesome when you glide trough the checkpoints but absolutely boring if you just open your chute

perhaps in creator they could make it so you can't open your chute untill a certain checkpoint or give you massive bonus points for going trough a checkpoint without your chute opened

@AWEMYGOD

They add up pretty quick, and until they fix the win/loss issue, I wont go near a race. I still do a few solo every few days, my favorite jumps, HALO, Timber, Jump Wings, Desert, The Cove. Right now my goal is to hit 2000 DMs over the next few months. I'll eventually get there. I'd get there quicker if the lobbies had mute option lol.

@sebcreed

This has been going on since the release of the business update.

Are you saying the person who lands first isnt getting the win or the person with the highest score isnt getting the win? I have not experienced the problem so asking seriously.

I don't think this is entirely true; except when you're playing by yourself. I also agree that my win/loss has drastically changed (used to be 200 wins 20 losses and now I'm around 290 wins and 130 losses). But if you're playing this playlist with other players and you win, you will get the win for it. But even then, people shouldn't really be concerned over a number that players can only see at the start of the match, and I've decided to just disregard my win/loss ratio because of how fun these jobs are lol

And unfortunately this person is lying, because all you have to do to see if that's true is go to the social club and change the search to "any publisher" and "parachute jobs" and you will see there are only around 70 total custom parachute jobs made. That's how many jobs are made by literally the entire GTA community, now I may be wrong and he is on xbox, but I'll double check in a second to make sure.

EDIT: I've just now found out that there's only 15 custom parachute jobs for xbox 360, so yes, this person was completely lying about how he has made over 1000 parachute jobs..

If I understood correctly he's finished/played over 1000 parachute races, he wasn't saying he's created over a 1000.

Read back over it and I see where i came away with him saying he "made" those jobs without pulling his chute, but not "made" as in created, so i get it lol. Mah bad.

Yeah my crew and a good amount of my friends (about 6) play these jobs we've made nearly all the time. If you'd like to join in just add us on PSN (my ID is Heth6) and we can team up. We've had some absolutely incredible jumps where literally 3 of us are flying side-by-side the entire way down.

Would like to see this almost as much as a Survival Creator. Okay not nearly as much, but it would be neat none the less.

I've thought about the same exact thing when creating these. I was even about to make around 5 parachute jobs all aimed at teaching people who don't know how to wingsuit to do it (but it got patched before i could make the jobs). All they would have to do is make it where once you hit the second to last checkpoint that's when it allows your parachute to "activate" and you can pull it.

Serimos6 I never said I've created any races, because I never have. I said I've raced in over 1100 parachute races, as in raced in the R* created ones. Jumps wings alone I have raced 175 times. Stop trying to flame people, when you have a 2nd grade level of reading comprehension. Have a wonderful day sir.

Calm down calm down, I already said above that I was mistaken, and i edited my comment once i realized that. Not trying to flame you man, thought you were talking about creating jobs for a second. And please don't attempt to insult my reading comprehension, that alone is more immature than my mistake.

It's all good I'm calm lol, I hope the parachute creator becomes official, I have a whole bunch of HALO jump ideas all ready to go. As far as the win/loss problem, I've sent multiple tickets to R* about it, only to get robotic responses from them. I'll be sticking to solo jumps until it's fixed. This has been occurring since the business update release. They also need to correct the fact that people are known to skip the checkpoints, just to beat someone who obviously is better than they are. I always try to get a perfect score every time I jump. But be aware R* has it set up that the first one to the finish wins, regardless of how may checkpoints they cross. It used to be based on checkpoint score, like it should be, but not anymore.

EDIT: Apology accepted, and I apologize as well for calling your reading skills elementary. I don't troll or argue with people on here, or in any forum I'm a member of. I always try to help people out as best as I can. Sure we all joke, we all get sarcastic, with an occasional flame response or two, but we're human we all make mistakes.

Are you sure they made it where first wins no matter the score? I've been playing these jumps with my friends and so far it has always been best score wins, not who gets there first.
