Martin Mission

I've read that you can phone martin for out of court settlement mission once you're past level 22. I'm level 28 and when i try to do this there is a lock next to the request job option when i phone him. I have done Rooftop Rumble before when invited to them by higher level players, I have also done 3-4 gang attacks. Yet I still can't request a job from him when i call him.

You can only phone Martin for a job once you have completed Out of Court Settlement for the first

time, you'll need to have someone invite you to this mission.

 

Once you complete it you will then get a cut scene where Martin introudces himself properly and

when you go back to free roam you should get a message saying you can now phone Martin for a job.
