what are your thoughts on the 1.12 patch?

It seems like they only made the game worse with this one. Most of the few "good" patches don't even work or have even brought the glitch to a new level of annoying.

 

Its beyond annoying now my green faced friend, Last night i ran out of toilet paper and i was considering to use my gta 5 disk for it.

 

But then logic poped into my head

 

be aware, the disc might freeze your ass while its at it, or cause your craps to lag out and crawl back in.

Pretty meh TBH. If the "no contact" option for races was included, it would have been perfect.

My console does nothing BUT freezing the past several days. I'm not sure how this is going on 360, but everyone i know on PS3 says they can't play online because it does nothing but freezing.

 

 

 

Funny part is prior to 1.12 my game had frozen maybe a total of 2 times since October (ignoring the first week). I considered myself lucky (even though I'm hardly ever in FR). Post 1.12 my system has frozen half a dozen times. What's different about what I do? Nothing. I still spend very minimal time in FR where there's a lot of traffic (only if I'm transferred there after a job). I time out/get booted to SP more often than I ever did now as well, especially if a match/lobby has more than 12 people in it. Seems like the servers can't handle a full workload at all anymore.

 

Now I try to stay away from full on 16 player DMs, TDMs, Races, Captures, etc because I know there's a good chance sh*t is gonna go down (since I've done so, have had little trouble). Which is a damn shame. Shouldn't have to curb our activities in order to play a fraction of what's available.

half the players have been hanging about the military base now.... seems to have broken down the military force thats there... the A.I. doesnt know who to go after and usually spawns soldiers miles away from the players which later dissappear.. eh

Its f*cking gay. Still freezes all the time, nothing good about it at all. They even took away the ability to use the fire truck water hose.

 

Passive mode pussies must have complained.

1.12 gave us nothing but a new useless feature and a capture creator with no tutorial.

Pretty much a pointless patch, didn't fix the freezing problems, took away the ability to spray water in fire trucks, didn't add anything cool except for the Lester ability. Hopefully 1.13 will be better.

i seemed to found a bug that wasn't there pre 1.12.

i kept having to put my wolf mask back on, the last time was when my character got out of the shower.

I've yet to use the "Turn Blind Eye" from Lester (5K for 3 minutes of no cops), I thought I would use it but it's expensive, 3 minutes isn't that long and it would be much better to have a no cop lobby option. I've always wanted that in this one. I've yet to have one game session where I don't have 3 stars. It's a tradition by now. I'll try the new Lester thing but I doubt I'll use it again.

If R* could just fix the freezing and bring out heists, that would be great. Stop with the damn supercars, bring out stuff that makes us money, not cost us. Not everyone has 2 million to put down on a damn car that's going to get chromed out and pit me in a wall during a race.

Haven't gotten it yet... I already know the moment I do there's going to be 3 tanks and 5 jets flying around. This new lester deal will have jet grieving at an all time high.

it is sad, free aim tdm is amazing but people just can't hang so there is no one in the lobbies unless you join a free aim clan or get other people interested in tdm and add them.. Pain, sad because its a million times more fun then the auto aim lame game.
