I've noticed a bug with this gun and its been annoying me lately. I use a Grenade Launcher and whenever I die afterwards I automatically lose all the ammo for that gun. Just wanted to see if I was the only one receiving this bug. Hope this gets fixed.

since grenade luncher is capable to have 10 ammos activated, then you can lose 10 or less when you die.



Before you could lose 9999 ammo on minigun when you died, because all ammo are activated, but they fixed it so now i Think its only like 500?

Weird,
When I die and I only have like 1 grenade left I respawn and get 9 back in return, lol

I was wondering this same thing. Guess its just not noticeable on guns with 32/60/100 round clips when you have 9k+ in ammo. The other night I shot off a handful of grenades, got killed then all of a sudden I only had 3 left

Cuz GTAO is the only game in the world where ranking gets easier the higher you are.

I'm only getting about 500 RP per race now. Probably 1.12 nerfed the RP.:/

It was nerfed long before 1.12 i believe it was like update 1.04 that nerfed the race RP

I would have suggested bookmarking all those good contact missions but since they "fixed" that I guess just take the best missions you have available and keep at it. If you must race though...

Made after 1.12 and gives 4000 rp to the winner, good cash too but I don't remember the amount, of a 2 person race. It was not my intention to make an rp payout race but this one works pretty well for it. I've only run it a few times and only with one opponent so perhaps the payout will increase with more.

Not a bug, just an expensive feature. If you knowingly face imminent death try to put the gun away and save a few bucks.

I stopped using my Grenade Launcher after I got rockets (Honestly I feel RPG's top GL by a mile.) but hearing this is sad they need to patch that and the extended mag glitch soon

Extended Mag glitch is the most annoying sh*t in the game because it has yet to be patched...

I don't think Rockstar considers this a bug, just an expensive and annoying reality of the game. Also, like a few have said, you lose a full clip, not all of your ammo. If you don't have a ton of cash to throw around and dying while using it is something that happens often it might be a good idea to only buy GL ammo 5-10 at a time. The obvious answer is be more selective about when you use it and instead of using it in firefights often just stick to using it for splash damage kills on multiple targets, when you're deadlocked with someone you can't get a clean shot on, or for blowing up vehicles.

It's a bug.

 

I have died plenty of times with Grenade Launcher and never lost all ammo. Please consider the validity of your response before replying.

Go back to where you were dropping guns.

 

Drop the micro smg and never buy one ever again. That gun is a horrible waste of a spot on the weapon wheel. Youll like it soo much better when you can get right to your MG. Any instance where you want micro smg, youd prefer AP pistol. Micro smg is useless in this game.

I only use the grenade launcher/rocket launcher/minigun when I'm sure that no one will kill me. On rooftops and alleyways with my blip off. Then quick change it to the adv rifle.

You can carry 20 grenades, the launcher only holds a maximum of 10.

You don't always lose all your grenades, but you will lose any held in the weapon.

It's bad , but not quite a crime against humanity lol.

Well you can always purchase them again. But some weapons are pretty expensive. :/

I keep and use all weapons.

I once killed someone who had a mini gun by taking cover and using "Pistol" and "Teargas".

Just have to find a way to use all weapons to their advantage. :^:

I've noticed a glitch when firing the grenade launcher too.

Sometimes when I shoot the first grenade it goes to the right of my cross hair.

don't find excuses for this guy. He sucks or he doesn't play simple as that. Ain't no way in hell you can only go up 58 lvls in 6 months lol.
