Things to Do in GTAO

Been watching quite a few Achievement Hunter lets plays and things to do in GTAO and it got me thinking. All people do is the same old same old. Theese guys are creative. Anyone here have a fun non traditional deathmatch race or general fun things to do in gta online. My friends and I have made police rp maps and need for speed style cop chase maps. What fun things to do can you think of thats outside the box. Ie not traditional races deathmatch mission or spawn killing. Looking for more like minigames

Fun things that aren't covered by the forum or by them?
Well I got a game in my signature that is something they would play. It's pretty much their GTA IV Wanted and Wanted X Let's Play.
You basically hide from a hunter by blending in with the AI. I got a better explaination in my thread below.

Well duh. It's their job to do stuff in videogames. If they couldn't think of things to do, they'd run out of games pretty quick.

 

It also helps that there's six to eight of them at any given time, all co-ordinating their playtime and objectives. Not to mention that their objectives differ vastly from the average GTAO player.

So this is a thread for that dame creativity and cooperation. I get tired of playing the same crap. I already downloaded achievement knievel and some orher of the fun maps but looking for more creativity and fun

Just scroll through Content Creator stuff on the Social Club. There's one I like is a fist fight high up in the sky above Sandy Shores Airstrip. There's a few special maps out there if you want to spend 20-30 minutes on that.

What fun things to do can you think of thats outside the box. Ie not traditional races deathmatch mission or spawn killing. Looking for more like minigames

1. something I came up with one night and wrote about on this forum (got positive response) is to rob every store in one run, without calling Lester, ducking into an LSC, or dialing a Quick Job out of the session. You must evade police in order to do it. I've done it twice but it took a long, long time because you have to evade every time and some of the stores are close together, meaning you have to rob one, travel to a far away one, and come back.

 

2. I also try to find locations to launch my Bati motorcycle. If you wheelie and hit walls at the right angle, as you probably know, you can launch into the air. The trick is to find a string of launch points or highest possible launch points to hit. I've made it up to several rooftops and secondary levels, but I still try.

 

3. I intentionally jack NPC cars in effort to get their bounty put on me. Then, I play cat-mouse with other players, using difficult to reach locations to hide from them. Not news of the world, but still a fun game I play, especially when using certain wall glitches and obscure vantage points.

 

4. Kind of boring, but I've tried many times to walk from one end of the map to the other. Every single time, without fail, another player will attack. Something about seeing a player just walking along and minding their business attracts curiosity seekers.

 

5. If you've seen the film "Dances with Wolves," in the beginning, he tries to commit suicide by riding his horse back and forth, directly in front of the enemy while they're shooting at him. I do this in my Entity when there's a large grouping of other players in an area. I'll just zip right through the middle of the crowd, turn around, and zip back, over and over, seeing who is paying enough attention to try and shoot me.

 

These are some of the mindless fun things I like to do to relax after a long day at work! Cheers!

BMX.

 

Play as a sexy female.

 

Maybe that's all in the box but works for me.

I've played a couple demolition derby maps and I like the concept, but its execution on them wasn't great. One was on a farm (my GTA geography is bad) and nice and open yet still with a surrounding barrier, but hail bays in the play area prevented enough speed for it to be proper fun. The other was on a hill surrounded by water, all the vehicles were in the drink pretty quickly so it just descended into a fistfight.

 

I'd love to brainstorm a way to make a good demolition derby. First, a good location is key, though I imagine there's plenty of carparks you could use. Second, a way to make the people use the cars and not just stay on foot - the best way is probably to make sure there is nowhere they can climb to get away from the cars, so they are forced to get in a car or end up roadkill. Once you're over those two hurdles you could make something very fun.

 

With the new capture creator, I reckon you will be able to make plenty of inventive stuff.
