I started out by joining a random police clan on GTA4 in 2012, after being in it a while and not being recognized for a leadership position I got bored and started my own police crew. Through dedication of my time, an attitude people were willing to work with, steady recruiting, maturity and more my police clan grew into a major player in the world of GTA4 Police RP clans. For anybody who might be familiar with it the name was New Liberty Police Department (NLPD). We were training our officers THOROUGHLY, the training took several hours to complete and officers were shown how to do traffic stops, learn all the codes, shootout procedures and more. We also had members who acted as the civilians and over time we developed a system that had them working at jobs and being very creative with our scenarios during patrols. We had dedicated dispatchers who worked to make the patrols realistic for the cops. We had patrols a few nights a week. Our website grew into a very impressive source to hold all our information, professionally done and it received a lot of compliments. When GTA5 came out we all decided to move the clan to the new game but there was no content creator and no way to do patrols (roleplays) on the new game. Without anything for us to do but wait for the updates to the game to come out, the clan died out and was eventually shut down. I spent some time playing GTAO in free modes messing around but eventually the urge to create an awesome clan came back. I did some research into what the popular clan types were and discovered motorcycle clubs. I started my own MC and with a little hard work it too crew very quickly into a respectable crew, having rides and other events a couple times a week. It was fun and made for some great times but never quite got to the level of the police clan. The leadership potential in our members just wasnt there and eventually I was unhappy with the product we were producing and I shut the MC down in March 2014. New Liberty MC was the name of that crew. After taking some time off from GTA and just messing around on free modes for about a month, Ive decided i'm ready to create a new roleplay crew and work hard at making it a great one. I have a lot of leadership ability and experience and all I need is a few good guys to help me run it. I still havnt decided what I want to make. I have some ideas and Im hoping to get some feedback from you guys. Here are some ideas im considering so far: - A Police & Civilian Roleplay clan - A Military clan with 3 classes. Ground, Tanks and Air. - A Navy Seal type clan that would be special ops missions primarily - A fighter jet pilot crew - A gang (similar to bloods and crips) - A motorcycle club (similar to hells angels) - A heist crew. would mostly be building our brand & recruiting until the heist update comes out. We would need drivers, pilots, shooters, lookouts, etc. These are the ideas I have so far, but im open to any modifications you would make to any of those or any new ideas. The key here is I need some moderately hard working, respectful, adults to work with and help me run this clan. Whether its a police clan and you have a high rank and are helping train new cadets, or its a MC and you are a Road Captain and leading us on rides or you are recruiting for us in any of the clan types, I just need somebody who can handle some easy assignments, a little bit of busy work, doesnt mind following orders when they are given respectfully and politely from a higher rank, etc. Im hoping to keep this 18+ but Im always willing to make a few exceptions. You will have to be patient, keep in mind there is currently no crew to join, I have to create it, create the starter website for it, recruit new members, etc. If you help me start this clan and help me run it, it can be a very rewarding experience. Lastly, a major benefit to this clan is our paid website. I have a premium website at .webs that is paid for through november. It looks great and we can use it to establish ourselves as a legitimate clan to people who view it. Right now it is still covered with stuff from my MC, all of that will be replaced with our new clan stuff when it's time. Vietcong crew canvas hats, cargo shorts, flip flops, tank tops, and ak47s. The Pakistani Group business casual outfits but no weapons allowed, only car bombs and suicide bombers who are off the radar. Japanese Fighter Pilots. no gun, no missles. u must crash planes into enemy targets for the kill. im not up to par on content creator so i dont know how you would plan a roleplay. i only went as far as outfits and takedown methods because those can be applied in freeroam. Theres not really anything we could do except recruit members for the crew while we wait for the heists though... maybe run some organized practices on corner stores but thats not even practice for something we will be doing so... i dont know. Im thinking i will want to start working on a new crew long before that DLC comes out. Id like to have something started with the new clan within a week or so. A couple dedicated members at least. Due to the responses ive gotten on xbox I am leaning towards a police crew again because thats what the most interested has been in so far. Also a dedicated military racing team. We offer the most realistic military crew because lots of our founding members are current active duty military. I was in a Mil-Sim clan on BF4 and as you may know BF4 military clans are on another level. Like your group it was founded by actual marines, so it was roleplay from boot camp to battlefield. It was awesome. I was considering making a version on GTA as well but I feel I would rather make one on BF4 if i'm going to make one of those. The only way I would make one at this point is if I had overwhelming support on here to start one of those. I would be willing to potentially join your crew as a fighter pilot if you're looking. You know where to find me if you need one. I wont be able to set it as my active crew when out-of-lobby, but you can be up to 4 crews I believe so I would join yours if you're looking for a good member. You are correct there are already plenty police clans, and life roleplay clans out there. However on GTA4 there were plenty of them out there and they were no where near the caliber that mine was. I built a brand that other police/civilian clans emulated for the duration of GTA4. Nobody did it quite like me, until people started joining mine and leaving to start their own. After that crappy versions of my style of police clan started popping up here and there. When I would look into it the Chief of Police was usually somebody who had either left my clan (NLPD) on their own free will or were removed. We had several hundred former members by the time GTA5 came out. Now when it comes to GTA5 I have been trying to join all the police clans and role play clans that I can, to see how they do things. I can already see the bar is being set very low for police clans. If & when I decide to create a GTA5 version of the NLPD I am confident it will once again be both one-of-a-kind and also as good of a cop clan as you'll find on the GTA. When I think MC I think of "biker gangs" who ride Harleys and other choppers. Biker Boyz sounds like a immature crotch rocket crew to me. If you wanna make a black leather jacket badass crew (See my old MC here) I would suggest something more "Devils", "Outlaws" etc. sounding. Just my opinion though... It used to be LCPO when we made it in GTA IV. The clan was large and prosperous in GTA IV but weakened during GTA V. The clan recently ended and i am looking for a new clan. I think i can bring something to your new roleplay and am very interested in joining.
