Please Help. GTA Tbogt/TLAD Loading Error. Windows 8

Hello, I'm Daniel.
I have a very serious issue with my GTA EFLC

When ever I launch my game,

After the Intro where we see the R* Logos,

While the Music is playing in the Background,

The moment where the Home of the game should pop out,

giving us the option to choose TBOGT or TLAD,

The Screen is completely Blank.

 

Here are my Laptop Specs:

Running 'Windows 8 Single Language' edition.

Processor : Intel® Core i7-4700HQ CPU @2.40GHz 2.40 GHz

Installed memory (RAM) : 4.00 GB (3.89 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor.

 

I never had the Original copy of the Game, however I have had it working in my older PC before and it works fine.

One thing I should mention is, for some reason, my

Rockstar Social Club software isn't working, when I tried installing it, it says it doesn't support. So whenever I'm at the intro of the game, I won't see My Offline Account "Logged In".

 

I hope someone is able to help me with this issue,

I would really appreciate it.

Update :

 

I added a new crack.

 

The problem remains the same, except,

One time, something different happened,

the loading screen was not black,

it showed the screen with TBOGT & TLAD,

and so I chose TLAD and pressed start game.

But the strangest thing is, the loading screen is not showing the normal TBOGT loading screens,

instead, it showed some random screens from GTAIV story. I don't even have the All-3-in-One Collection version... All I have is the TBOGT & TLAD versions in my PC.

But when the screen goes pitch black and supposedly written below 'Loading : Mission X' ... for me, it was written as 'Loading Failed : Starting a New Game'

And then It crashed, and gave me a message GTA EFLC Has Stopped Working Properly.

 

And So I re-launch the game, and the two options menu weren't shown again, eveything is once black again without showing the TBOGT/TLAD Home. But the Message popped up once again.

A Great Update,

 

Followed the steps exactly on this video, and it worked! So to some of the people facing a similar error/problem, I suggest you try it out.

I was afraid at first to give it a go, but it worked!
