Texture problem

I am having a texture problem, the longer I play the game the worse it gets, it seems to only load the lod of buildings and roads and the longer I play the more buildings and the more textures it seams to in lod only, then after about a hour, hour and a half ish I have to save, quit and then restart the game. My specs are as followed.

 

CPU: i5 2500k @4ghz

RAM: 8gb 1666mhz gskill

GPU: Sapphire 7870 2gb OC edition

Motherboard: Gigabyte z68xp-ud4
