Yes, overrated. Everyone and their mother has a Stratum in MODified.

 

I've never seen anyone with a Stratum as a PV since I started GTA:O. Must be interesting being in a crew with them everywhere.

My Regina is practically the only thing I Drive in a public free roam now because I'm tired of getting half my garage blown up all the time, its pretty funny driving it around but I haven't modded mine yet at all, I don't think I'll bother either... it hasn't even got BP tires haa.

Sorry but that green Regina is awful with the green, and those greens rims. I love the Regina for what it is. I keep it original. I got 2. One without roof racks and luggage, which is my favourite. And one with luggage, for when I go for a long family drive into Sandy shores.

The Regina and Emperor have the same top speed of 120 km/h (74.5 mph) and they also weigh the same at 1900 kg (4188 lbs). One difference is that the Regina has more drag than the Emperor (8.0 vs 6.0), so it is harder for it to to accelerate to higher speeds. This makes sense cause the Regina usually has a roof rack with luggage.

I saw an interview with harold ramos on one of the late night talk shows from 1983 and he talks about the fact that while the film crew was in Colorado filming several scenes including the scene with the motorcycle cop that they saw a car leave the hotel with a dog tied to the bumper. They were able to stop the guy and save the dog. That proves the scenes in that movie aren't that far fetched. Hell i remember my dad falling asleep on one family vacation while driving a 1984 caprice wagon. He woke up to the sound of the rumble strip on the side of the highway. I saw one IRL, but he was a surfer dude with a surfboard on top.

 

For some reason, I've always liked driving around in one of these whenever I jacked one. It's quite charming.
