Players Can Still Garage Kill You..

• Fixed an exploit where players were able to use weapons within their garage to kill other players

Too bad this isn't true players are still able to get into your garage and kill you.

 

Lucky i was in Passive Mode when i logged offline the other night so when i spawned inside my garage when i logged on i was still passive and all the sudden i hear a loud boom and i see this guy in the corner shooting and RPG soon as he saw i was in passive he hurried up and changed session but i got a picture of him before he left i have one with his GT too but I'm not going to share it since it's frowned upon.

 

There is also a TUT on Se7ensins on how to do it after the 1.12 patch too i just found.

It happens. It is also very easy to deal with. It does kind of get annoying having to go into passive when you see a dot in the sculpture park in the city.

 

It is, otoh, hilarious that people would blame rockstar for not "fixing it", rather than the glitch bitches discovering and employing it. R* is aware of it and working on it. I don't know what more you could ask.

I really don't understand why people do this. Like I really can't see how it can be fun.

 

Spend a half hour doing it and waiting for someone to go to their garage, kill them once, then they come back passive and report you and you get banned.

This glitch is for puzzies who can't gun fight and need to get their k/d up using some cheap boring glitch. I had this happen to me the other day and I had to message the guy and let him know how pathetic he is. All he could do was message back hehe.

It's interesting that they say "where players were able to use weapons within their garage".

 

If a player has entered someone elses garage its not their garage. Which means from a programming perspective that everyone shares just one garage.

Rather then try and stop people from firing weapons in garages(as apparently that doesn't work) they should just add a line of code that if you fire a weapon inside a garage or apartment they get taken away. For a high ranked player that is ALOT of money down the drain.

entered my garage today and someone was in there , almost choked on my apple immediately turned off my console... dont really wanna find out hard way if i get all my cars back
