I submitted two tickets last week, one about my crew rank being reset when I left an old crew, and one asking for clarifications on what else they were classifying as neferious behaviour regarding the RP adjustment.

 

They've so far ignored the crew issue and replied to the other one with "blah-blah if you haven't cheated then you have nothing to fear."

 

Gee thanks R* but since you won't tell me what behaviour constitutes cheating how am I supposed to have nothing to fear?

I reported about my crew rank randomly shooting up to 99 and it doesn't correctly sync with my game rank. (sent like December). Their first reply was an automated one saying that blah blah blah this is an automated response because you entered x keywords blah blah blah. I replied to again so that I can get a real response. The next reply I got was a "please provide screenshots"...and I already sent 2 pictures on my original ticket. Now, I don't even get why they replied with a 2K14 bs error. I don't know if they stalk me so much that they know I play 2K14 now, but....wtf with this reply.

Sounds to me like R* outsource their Help desk to a 3rd party who also cover 2K/EA etc.

I sent 2 tickets to Rockstar Support about "I can't search my jobs on the social club" the first time I was hopeing that Rockstar will answer but no because I'm the only one who has this problem maybe? So I tried the second time still nothing.

I submitted a ticket regarding the bug that capped LS Custom resales to $10k. Just over a week later, I replied to my own ticket letting Rockstar know they could close the ticket since the issue had been resolved. Over a month later, Rockstar responded...about 'reporting cheaters'...

 

 

After submitting a few tickets, I realized that Rockstar's first response is usually a canned message asking for specific details (Summary, Console, RGSC Name, etc.) So to save Rockstar and myself some time, I included all that information in my initial ticket...
