(Confirmed) Drive the vehicle u want to turn into the new insured vehicle to LSC and have a friend wait in vehicle inside LSC.(ANY LSC WORKS) Once you pull up to LSC put the front two wheels inside so the door will stay open but you don't go inside. Pull up your phone and call your mechanic or merryweather, Once they answer drive your car into LSC and park it in the position that is shown in the picture of step # 4 Go back home and get the vehicle with only a tracker and drive to LSC Repeat Step # 2 & 3 Pull next to the car your friend is in and pull them from the other vehicle and wait until you are inside (This makes the tracker vehicle spawn on the road and duplicate) Get back into vehicle you want to insure(the one inside customs with no tracker) Drive toward your apartment and call for the vehicle u want to turn into your insure version.
