Wolf68k Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 First let's narrow down the problem. Connect the device to another computer to see if you get the same error. If so then the device is bad and sad to say it's not likely it can be fixed. If it works on another computer then go back the one you're using and either try the device on different USB port also try a different device on the same (and all) USB ports, again to see if you get the same error.
