What additional Perks should High-Life Update Apartments have?

A work shop in back to mod/test weapons (also,to trade guns for mod part's).Also a gym to work out and improve your fighting skills.

Personal media player (we need our own tunes). The radio stations in this game really suck donkey balls.

A bar so you can have a party,get hammered with friend's and wake up in strange locations (kinda like Trevor but better).

I better closet set up where you can mix/match/get rid of clothes (the clothes you don't like end up being worn by homeless guys for a laugh - uglier the better)

A better tv (volume sucks on the ones now) so you can review security tapes of previous missions/heist to not make the same mistakes next time.

The ability to just hang out/chill and don't get booted after 13 minutes.

Movable/removable furniture and the ability to purchase better stuff. The telescope is just plain worthless.The ability to hang our own created art work would be nice.

A safe to keep money/document from mission/heist and sell to the highest bidder (an option added to both campaigns).

is this just the things I'd want in my new apartment or things I'd like to be implemented into the game once this DLC comes out?

 

if the latter, I'd like to be able to gamble at the casino(highly unlikely but whatever)

also I'd want cage fighting back from GTA: TBoGT

A gun wall where you can set up your guns you want to use for the time you play. That's it mostly since everyone else said all of the other things I also want more attachments for guns but that is for another thread at another time.

unless the apartment have something to do in them, im not even considering getting one.

 

current apartments have nothing to do in them. give me a pool table, maybe other minigames inside the apartment, gun wall at home and access to a helipad THEN i may think about buying.

The Helipad would be the griefer's favorite place to cause destruction. They'd either snipe you as you get in or blast you & your ride from above.

What perks should they have? Nothing.
What would I like? Pool'd be nice...

I will agree with you on that one, but what if they introduce like some sort of no clip ability while you on the helipad so no one can see you and you cant shoot your gun until you fly away a certain distance

Shooting skill that changes the way you hold your guns. Let's take a normal gun for an example, the Micro-Uzi. They should make it so as your shooting skill goes higher, you hold the gun in different ways.

1-2 Bars: Your character holds it from the hip.

3-4 Bars: Your character looks down the sights without the stock.

5 Bars (Full): Your character uses the stock to hold the gun from his/her shoulder.

It's been done in San Andreas, a game on the PS2/Xbox/PC. So why can't R* do it again on GTA5? Lack of effort?

i like the pool idea have out on a balcony and you walk out the door and you can get in have a little place where friends can change to swim as well

An interactive apartment with things to do (pool, arcade machine, etc) would be a nice start, along with basic house customization options.

Basically a toned down version of The Sims perks.

You should be able to eat or drink to replenish health. More than one bong is a must. More than one stripper is a must. More alcoholic beverages. darts, arm wrestling, pool table, air hockey, and private bowling alley would be nice. Joints, Franklin smoked joints on his Aunts couch, why can't we smoke joints on our couch? Also lets be able to have our own dog, like Franklin. Huffing gas like Trevor would also be funny. Heli pad would be nice. Also something to fix all your scars and bullet wounds would be great.

It's been mentioned but a gun cache is the number 1 thing I want to see added to apartments. You would be able to drop guns you don't need without losing them forever, I usually only use 1 or 2 (silenced / non-silenced) guns per slot, don't need 5 AR's and pistols. Also the ability to add / remove attachments would be sick.

If the gym in the garage was usable that would be pretty cool too.

Nothing. There just gonna be re-skinned high end apartments. Chances are R* will charge a us a fortune for them. I'm not gonna be spending anymore than what the current apartments cost on some re-skinned interior.

dude you don't have to purchase them you could just purchase another regular apartment instead of that one (since they will allow multi-property in the next update), so its highly likely these new apartments will have an additional feature none of the other apartments have aside from the aesthetics to tempt and attract players into purchasing the new apartments. I know R* are money hungry twats that are trying their best to force people to purchase their shark cards, but at the same time they do listen to the GTA community, as the whole multi-property ownership idea was taken from all the requests made to R* by players.
