What additional Perks should High-Life Update Apartments have?

I just want a general opinon from all of you guys, on what would be the selling point for you guys or the additional perk you would like to see in this High-End apartments that will be introduced in the next DLCs, except for the additional 10-car garage ofcourse as everyone would want that as a pre-requiste before even thinking about purchasing these new apartments. My personal wish would be a helipad, the convenience of flying from my apartment would just be an awesome perk and enough to convince me on purchasing these apartments.

 

So these are all your suggestions so far aside from my Helipad suggestion:

pool table, darts (any multiplayer mini-games in general)

Gym - I reckon this is only good if they introduce body changing mechanism, where you could see visible results of your gyming, otherwise this is pointless

ammo storage - I agree, if i can stash my ammo then, whenever i start gta and want to f*ck around I'd like to just use my personal stash than visit a ammo store everytime

weapons wall - I really like this idea because it is so damn annoying scrolling through my weapons to get the right one, I tend to just use rpg, grenade launcher, sticky, one sniper, one machine gun , one shotgun and the ap pistol and find it annoying to scroll through all the other weapons so it would be great to just store them at my property instead of lugging them along and also would like to modify my weapons without having to visit the ammo store everytime

Useable fridge - great idea now i can replenish my health at my home

jump out of the window (break glass or balcony) - awesome idea also would be great to have rooftop access.

stripper pole - meh

indoor pool - again its an apartment not a mansion so this would be random

bar - meh

customisable furntiure - i know this is going into the sims territory, but i still like the idea as your apartment does get a little boring to look at.

a slide from apartment to outside - right tell me how would that work?

the home stereo can connect to a hub that allows you to play personal music - I'd like this option at home and in my car and not sure whey we have an ifruit phone and yet not a radio or music option while we are running around..............

Put on some big boy pants and walk out of your apartment, They'll be expecting you to come out though your garage so you'll have the element of surprise kill em and then go and get your car.

 

It's funny how these garage campers ALWAYS forget there is another exit and then are surprised or call you a hacker or modder because you came out the front door instead of though the garage

oh yes you are right, it would actually be cool to have some mini-games inside your apartment like pool or table tennis, would make the player invites to your apartment more interesting.

i wouldnt mind weapon, ammo and armor storage lockers/containers, kinda like Fallout 3/New Vegas. with limits of course. like 1000 rounds each for automatics/handguns (except minigun; 3000 for that) and 1 full stash of grenades, grenade rounds and rockets; (25 of each grenade/sticky bomb, 20 grenade rounds and rockets), and be able to store 1 type of armor of your choice. thats really the only thing i'd need for apartments. be kinda nice to have a stash, especially if you're running low on cash
