What's your biggest online fail?

So I decide to hunt a bounty that's shacked up pretty well on some rooftop and get a buzzard to get the job done.

 

I make my way to the rooftop, bounty is unaware or not a good shot and just as I'm about to switch to missiles and...

 

...I tapped the exit button instead. So my guy does an action packed ground splat followed by my perfectly healthy buzzard exploding somewhere. My guess is the bounty said to him/herself: "what the hell just happened?".

 

 

P.S. I think there should be a "hold down exit button" (in this case triangle cause I'm on PS3) to avoid this happening.

In a mission, everyone else bit the dust fighting the bad guys which enabled me to get in a Merryweather helicopter I ordered and fly with the package to Lester's warehouse drop-off point, I was doing so well right up until the last second when I got out of the helicopter to run to the yellow circle and went smack into the tail rotor and killed myself with all the other players watching

Mine was after calling Pegasus and picking up my buzzard, I flew to my favorite rooftop for some sniping and in a hurry jumping out of the buzzard I ran right into the back propeller. I actually laughed at myself for quite a while over that one.

Shooting the rear doors open on an armored truck that is stopped at a red light, NPC driver comes up behind me, panics, and accelerates pinning me between his car and the truck.

 

Driving the trailer in Satellite Communications. rammed one of the bikers that was coming at me. I rolled over the bike and it exploded underneath the trailer, destroying it and failing the mission. I was less than 20 seconds from the gas station...

 

I had the same thing happen to me with the armored truck!

A full 6-player session of Landing Gear where everyone was finely tuned to the task at hand. We had two up in buzzards, three flying planes, and an odd man out on the ground. I was flying the last plane. We all flew more or less in a row and we all flew and landed like a short train. As the first two finish taxiing to the mission point and hop out of their planes I taxi in coming in too hot and ram into the other two planes, blowing all three of our planes up and failing the mission for all six of us.

Satellite Communications is my downfall. The biggest fail was when I was about to turn into the gas station, the trailer hit the pump and blew me sky high

When I was at a low level I wandered onto Del Perro beach and out of nowhere someone snipes me. After I respawned I got sniped again and kept getting respawned at the same spot. So after they kept killing me at the same respawn point I decided to get my sniper out and try and get one back on them but they just got me again. I think it must have been about 9 or 10 times they sniped me from somewhere near the freeway, all that time I could have switched passive mode on but I neglected it at the time. I ended up quitting the lobby in the end to get out of my misery.

Entered someone's car in passive while the person had a bounty. Held up a grenade for a suicide attack only to see the guy jumping out of the car at the last second and watch me blow into chunks.
One tactic I might not use in some time now.
