Not really. Liberty City is pretty small compared to LS', so if they have it as it's own contained game "world", that loads up in it's own "map", it should be easy for the console to handle.

i've been thinking about this but could there be an GTA V map expansion in the future that would allows us to go to liberty city or fly there by yourself and use the thebankofliberty.com in-game website for your money? it's gotta be planned. what do you think?

However, it wont be a GTA V map expansion, it's more likely to be a GTA O expansion (the two are actually different products). I mean it does seem strange that the bank of liberty website is on GTA V when the closest thing to LBC we have is Pakie. Then again seeing as GTA O is planned to be something that continues over multiple games (they need to make it so going over rank 1000 doesn't screw the game up before they do that though) and it is also likely that it is there to make it easy to transfer characters across to the current gen consoles and if previous release dates are anything to go by then we could get a current gen next month... but that's a different topic...

Anyway, you have to wonder if LBC does come to GTA 5 + O if they will allow us to use planes.

but we will see NSA soon enough (No, not the agency). It means they could make millions. AGAIN! And due that there is no limitation of a disc; it can be done. however; R* should make the Render distance smaller to fix the freezing issues.

If there's going to be SF and LV, I don't think Rockstar gonna give it out for free. Even though they can use most of the assets from LS, they still need to do research and design, then make new architectural assets that's needed for those city. I don't think it'll be a quick process unless both of them are compressed as small towns which I'm sure butthurts gonna complain hard and send Rockstar death threats. So if they're not packed as big DLC like TLAD and TBOGT, I don't see it's gonna coming up other than being the next GTA.

But I am sure that Northern San Andreas and Liberty State/Alderney State will be added eventually; 99,99% sure

They are going to get packed as TLAD and TBOGT.

Would be the way to make money of GTA Online. 20/30$ a piece; with some SP missions and Online missions.

Packie is pulling a heist that goes wrong when you meet him your to get him a get away car and evade police during which time he explains his issues with his current CONNECTIONS. At that point in the story he's actually more connected than Franklin.

Packie returned, and was of barely any significance.

Karin, Niko's ex, also returned, and she appeared once, where she was about to sodomize an Azerbajaian hostage.

Ashley was again shown once, getting sexed by Trevor.

Terry and Clay and the United Liberty Paper guy also got killed off the first time you see them.

All of them had pretty much just cameos.

Well you can't do missions for Packie as he is already in Los Santos.

 

 

But what if Packie was just unaware Liberty City would come back as a DLC and just came to Los Santos just in case? He could quite easily book a one way flight back to LC?

The likeliness of Liberty City being added is extremely slim. Mainly because it's been used a lot for GTA already.

 

The main map expansion we'll probably get is North Yankton as it's used as part of the story line.

 

Like what most people have said. The bank websites are used by different characters in Single Player so there's no real reason that TBOL is connected to Liberty City returning at all.

 

 

For anyone mentioning that a map expansion that the Xbox 360 and PS3 can't handle but will handle on the Xbox One and PS4 won't be fair at all. So that's out of the question.

GTA Online will carry across more than GTA 5. I'm pretty sure it was The Benz in an exclusive interview with CVG that said they plan to model the world. Also, note that GTA 5 FEATURES GTA Online. GTA Online isn't actually part of GTA 5 it just happens to share characters, cars and location much like it will with GTA 6 (or what ever they will call it). Also, they could make the expansion a current gen exclusive if the previous gen can't handle it.
