To be fair you should have used your common sense in that it has a question mark at the end, perhaps then you would have realised he may not be a native English speaker, at least that's what I gathered looking at the way his post is written. You should never assume somebody is English when there is nothing to suggest so, this is a mainly US and UK populated site though I'll give you that.

Not as rare as you think. Ive had quite a few that can do this. They are normally in quite remote areas and always when I am foot. I suggest that you try walking to some of the more remote hard to get to places and look for these special sand kings there. Good Luck!

You could start by removing the gas tanks that take away a good foot of clearance.

It's super easy to do this, it ain't even a mod. I've included steps below in a spoiler as there's a few, but worth it if you want this type of truck. It goes well, I'll tell you that much.

Why the hell would you even want something like this, even if it was an option at LS Customs? Are you asking how it's done or how you can do it? The Sandking is an amazing truck as it is and lifting it a bit would be great but when you're lifting a truck and not changing the tires to go with it, it looks like a really tall woman with tiny feet, like midget feet. I'm feeling rage boiling in me just looking at the picture. Modding a tank, okay. Modding a car so it changes color on the spot, sure. Modding a truck so it looks like it would roll at every corner and pass over a small building, no, screw you, it's overly stupid. I don't care about you as a human anymore.

On-topic: He would probably just teleport to his seat like you do when using a plane that has 2 people in the front, you go on the wing and press the enter vehicle button and it teleports you in a seat.

Off-topic again: R* are adding all these supercars and the only DLC car I would love is a dually (four wheels in the back so basically left side has two tires on one "brake" and two tires has also two tires). I think it was Driver:San Francisco or GTA IV that had a GMC Sierra (90's one) and it had duallies or look like it did. That was my first truck so I would love to have something like it. But then again, I would love a custom truck like a bounty hunter truck or a private army truck to hunt down bounties in and do missions with. Something like this:

I love the Sandking, my favorite truck in the game because the suspension is amazing and it climbs so much stuff...they've got this sweet deal going on and could add so many interesting trucks but if it ain't a supertruck worth $800,000, you can basically forget about R* adding new trucks for those that enjoy going offroad in such a massive map they've got.
