Cops Turning A Blind Eye Sucks

That thing recently added called Cops Turn A Blind Eye. What is the point in paying Lester $5,000 for that when we can get Lester to get the cops off us with Remove Wanted Level much, much cheaper? Does Rockstar ever think anything through.

 

I bet Rockstar screw-up the Heists so we have to wait for that to be fixed like they screwed-up a mission in RDR in the Outlaws To The End with the mine mission. They never noticed they never added the obvious where there were no treasure hunters to kill and no mine carts to put the bags of gold in. Come on, Rockstar never learn. That is why they reproduced some of the RDR glitches in GTA V. They never learn.

I used this the other day and was scoping another player when cop walked in front if me. BAM!! 2 Stars and shot immediately. Not only completely ineffective and anwaste of money. FAIL
