If the 10-car apartments have any added features that top my current $400k apartment then yes I will upgrade, and if any of those mansions again have any legit useful features (like a helipad or pets etc) anything beyond just the aesthetics of the mansion then yes again I'd make my 2nd property purchase to be a mansion (if not I will just own two highend property worth 400k that i already have in same location, so I have easy access to my 20 vehicles. As for the vehicles yes I will definitely purchase both the super car and the sports car if they both have good or decent handling (like elegy, or carbon or the new jester or turismo), and I will probably replace my current bike with the new one.

I think mansion is just being use as a term for a probable super size houses that would be outside the LS region, there have been several youtube clips and some thread showing signs of which houses and apartments will be part of the next DLC and couple of them were these massive houses outside LS, so thats why there are people saying there might be mansions.

The cars? I may buy one if I like it, but I wont buy just for the sake of it.
