Before the update with multiple properties occurs, I have decided I want to move out of the cluster**** That is eclipse towers

So 3 questions

 

1-do you get any money credit from the previous apartment after getting rid of it?

 

2-what's a good less crazy high end with 10 car garage

 

3-your cars just transfer over like nothing happened right?

1. If the apartment costs more, whatever you previously owned will be used to levy the cost of the new apartment. If you upgrade it will knock off a couple bucks, if you downgrade you may get payed a couple bucks.

Just moved from Eclipse Towers (400 000$) to Alta st (223 000$). Got 200k back from the previous 400k apartment, so I had to pay 23k.

 

All the cars moved perfectly. It was like your whole apartment just changed place. The interiors are the same etc.. The things that vary between apartments are the location, view to the city, and entrance to garage.

 

All the apartments with a 10-car carage are so-called high end apartments, which have the same interior.

Stay away from Richards Majestic. The garage entrance is a pain in the arse, the route to LSC goes past a police station, and a host of other reasons. Stay away from that place, it's a terrible location.

This has been addressed her by others, but I will sum it up.

 

You get half the cost of the apartment you are leaving and that will go toward your new purchase. I have lived in all the 10 car apts and I think that Tinsel is the best. Close to everything, lots of "fun" chaos going on just a few blocks away in different places, (Eclipse, LSC), very close access to the subway tunnels and the garage is easy to just fly into at full speed.

 

Weasel is a close second, but I prefer to be closer to the center of things, ala Tinsel Towers. The expensive Tinsel apt has a great view of LSC through the telescope perfect for setting fun traps.

The expensive Tinsel apt has a great view of LSC through the telescope perfect for setting fun traps.

 

That's evil, and awesome.

 

I purchased one of the Del Perro Heights apartments ($205K) and it has been great. There is rarely any chaos going on around you, not too often do I encounter people entering/exiting the same garage, and even though there are no LSC locations close by, there are two that you can easily access depending on where the danger is. I also like the fact that the freeway is nice and close so you can head up north in an instant.

1- I think you get half of your money back from your current apartment and it goes into buying your new apartment.

 

2- There is this one apartment called Del Perro Heights that sells for $205,000. Its the cheapest high end Apt in GTA Online. There is also this one Apt called Weasel Plaza, and it sells for $305,000. I think its got a great view from the windows.
